Отвратительная контора. Обращаясь в нее вы получаете проблему, а не решаете ее.Столкнулся с ней через Альфастрахование в связи с ОСАГО, они через мэйджор асист предлагают оформить документы.Назначили время приехал, машину посмотрели, во время осмотра надо им тыкать пальцем «а вот тут еще», «и вот тут еще повреждение» и т.д. На руки не дают никаких бумажет что документы приняли, и когда приняли. Т.е. если вы потом пойдете в суд, по тем или иным причинам документов у вас не будет. Страховая одоб ряет в срок ремонт, но эти товарищи предлагают естественно же ехать в сервис мэйджор. Мне предложили запись только на дефектовку аж через полтора месяца. После того как через страховую им даешь понять что идешь ремонтироваться в тругой сервис, то мэйджор находит «окошечко» и вас принимают. Затем дефектовку делают они «на глазок», в заказ наряде написано что снимаем, в моем случае они взяли машину, 3 часа я ее ждал, в итоге они за 3 часа отщелкнули пару пластиковых накладок и сказав что зуб даю там все цело, отпустили с богом. Потом они 10 дней!!! согласовывали финальный ремонт со страховой, хотя страховая им все документы отправила через 2 дня!. Потом на финальный ремонт вас записывают еще через 8 дней и хотят еще доплату, потом обращаемся в страховую, и узнаем что страховая оплачивает полную смету......короче братцы бегите от это конторы. Мне согласовали ремонт 25 Декабря. В ремонт я попадаю только 29 января, и то только потаму что бегаешь за ними и звонишь в страховую и пишишь на них жалобы, грозя судом. – показать
