Комментарий: Отмечу еще, что застройщик дает несколько вариантов стилей отделки. То есть в квартире будут сделаны предварительные отделочные работы и плюс ремонт можно выбрать на любой вкус. Как по мне это позволяет значительно сэкономить время на ремонт квартиры перед заселением, и выходит дешевле, чем нанимать бригаду и тд. Мы вот в каскад парке купили таун, там отделка под ключ не шла, но мы ее заказали отдельно. Все строительные работы выполнены из высококачественных материалов, живем нормально, ничего не отваливается.

Комментарий: В март хаусе понравилось расположение, ну и еще конечно цену и планировки мы учитывали. До Апрелевки примерно 5 мин и до Москвы близко. Детей можно будет устроить в школу которая в Апрелевке, тем более что машина у нас есть, добираться будет удобнее. Думаю, вариант взяли удачный, время покажет
