Компания ЦС - ведет себя нагло и бесцеремонно по отношению к клиентам, законам, решениям суда! Задерживают сроки сдачи, по 214 ФЗ- не выплачивают компенсацию, договариваться не хотят, откровенно хамят юристы, посылают в суд, юристы на заседания вообще не ходят, пишут бредовые апелляции. Суд удовлетворяет полностью сумму иска по взысканию компенсации ( два заседания). В итоге: нет возможности исполнить решение суда: нет денег и имущества. За годы разбирательства, заявляю, что ЦС использует мошенническую схему продаж квартир- на каждый дом открывает ООО, на счётах которого 20 т р., нарушает закон, отвечать не желает в наглую, решения суда игнорирует и в итоге закрывает ООО. Сотни людей не могут взыскать компенсацию. Тел Юротдела не действителен. У меня решение суда на 900 тыс.р. к ООО Планета ( мкр 6А). Совет тем, кто покупает новостройку в ЦС- не подписывайте доп соглашение о переносе сроков окончания строительства, идите в суд, сейчас решения все в пользу истца. Когда народ массово начнёт отстаивать свои права, может начнёт ЦС работать по закону. Вообще такое наглое поведение даёт свои результаты- с ЦС судится администрация, т к ЦС построил дом на земле без надлежащего разрешения. Делайте выводы... Я буду писать в прокуратуру, президенту, пусть ЦС не надеется, что нет на них управы!

Может дома этой компании и хорошие но перечёркивает их достижения одна маленькая заковырка очень ограниченные стоянки аесли месть под домом то стоят такова бобла ! И дороги отсутствуют надо строить на оборот сначала нормальные дороги и развязки а потом дома
