Всем привет. Отзыв о магазине. Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, не охотно и сухо отвечают на сообщения. Работают ну оооочень медленно, на отвали как говорится. Я сделал заказ 11 числа, оплатил его 14 и сразу же скинул фото чека на почту как и написано у них на сайте. Однако ответного письма не последовало. Через три дня я спросил как же там моя посылка и оказалось что они даже не увидели моего письма и не заметили что на счет киви кошелька поступили деньги с номером заказа в коментариях. И теперь оказывается мне надо ждать еще 4 дня пока они конвертируют мои деньги (я перевел тенге). подумать только, 4 дня чтобы конвертировать деньги соседней дружеской республики. ок идем дальше. Выждав эти 4 дня оказалось что мне нужно ждать еще 4 дня пока они соберут и упакуют мою посылку, я если честно даже не знаю как медленно можно это делать чтобы на это ушло 4 дня и почему они не собирали мою посылку пока деньги конвертировались. В итоге через 11 дней (подумать только! 11 дней!!) они все же высылают мою посылку, хотя за доставку я заплатил 4000 рублей а это 20000 тенге моя посылка все еще не пришла ко мне хотя прошло уже три недели практически. Выслав мою посылку они мне выдали трекин по которому я следил за посылкой эти две недели и не понимал почему моя посылка едет в Калининград а оказалось что они мне дали не тот трекин и я все две недели следил не за своей посылкой. Что за сервис??? Заказывая с Китая я оплачиваю все теми же тенге мне отправляют посылку в тот же день или на следующий и доставка стоит 1500 или 3000 тенге или вообще бесплатная и доходит за три недели. В итоге за что я заплатил такую высокую стоимость за доставку которая еще медленнее бесплатной? Советую задуматься перед тем как воспользоваться услугами данного магазина!!!
