В заведении уже не первый раз, и все было отлично. Последнее наше посещение были крайне недовольны сервисом кальянщика. Друг заказал кальян, возможно не совсем понятно объяснив что конкретно ему нужно, понадеевшись на профессионализм кальянщика. Когда вынесли кальян, попросили переделать (не попали в крепость) , ждали 20-30 минут, кальян нам не вынесли. Когда мы спросили в чем дело, начался спор между кальянщиком и моим другом. После чего, я решил, во избежании конфликта, сделать заказ самому, НО во время того как я подробно описывал что нам нужно, мой друг вставил пару слов (не совсем корректных), после чего кальянщик встал и ушел, не приняв заказ. Я понимаю что мой друг, возможно, вел себя не очень красиво, но кальянщик повел себя очень неуважительно и непрофессионально по отношению ко мне. Я сам работаю в этой индустрии и мне лично не раз приходилось решать вопросы такого типа. Крайне недоволен кальянщиком. Повышайте профессионализм своих мастеров. В целом, все остальное понравилось, развивайтесь)

Ходим туда чуть ли не каждый день. Хороший кальян. Клевые летние веранды. Лучше места с верандами в Москве пока ещё не встречали. Недорогие цены. И в целом клевый персонал!

Уважаемый персонал, который готовит чай масала на кипятке и утверждает, что это гуд, вот вам выдержка из википедии:Обычно используется цельное молоко. Как правило, чай масала готовится путём смешивания молока и воды в пропорциях от 1:2 до 1:4 и доведения полученной смеси до кипения. Как отмечалось выше, некоторые предпочитают использовать сгущённое молоко.Восполните свои пробелы или попробуйте попить специи заваренные водой Ps кальяны хорошие.
