Отличная фирма! Постоянно заказываем такси от Сколковского ш до Химок. Цены хорошие. Подают машины без опозданий. Только жалко, постоянным клиентам скидок нет.: - (

Моя оценка и то очень завышена Довольно часто с ребенком (8 мес.) ездим на такси. Обрадовалась, когда нашла такую службу, где стоимость поезди фиксирована. Где-то полгода никаких прериканий к ним не было:приезжали вовремя (даже заранее), водители хорошие. Но только за последнююю !!!! неделю нас кинули 3(!!!) раза. первы раз я заказала такси за сутки на вокзал, за 2 минуты до назначенного времени позвонил оператор и счказала, что машины не будет, т.к. у них все заняты и типа езжайте на метро. Объясняю, что у меня маленький ребенок, на улице - 30 град, на что последовал классный ответ: "Ну и что, мы ничем помочь не можем", в итоге на поезд мы в тот день опоздали, а ребенку обморозили щеки. Последний случай сегодня был. Заказала опять за сутки к поезду такси и уже наученная горьким опытом предупредила. что у меня маленький ребенок и посроила предупредить хотя бф за 40 мин. За 1 мин. до времени прибыти я опять звонят и говорят, что машина в пробке, а там ДТП. Спрашиваю, где именно, говорят на МКАД, а от МКАД до этого места мин. минут 40. Спрашиваю, а раньше предупредить нельзя, на что оператор: я не виновата, мне так сообщили. Кошмар, короче, не пользуйтесь этим такси.
