Заезд у нас был в пятницу, в отеле ни чего не работает и что бы покушать, нас отправили в цент ТУЛЫ. Хозяйка в отеле вообще не заинтересованная в клиентах, на каждую просьбу в наш адрес было хамство. За такие деньги ни какого сервиса вообще. в номерах нет холодильников, замки в дверях очень плохо работают. Двери с пробоинами. Место где стоит эта гостиница хорошее, но все запущено!!! Хозяйка вообще не заинтересована в клиентах. Так что за такие деньги туда ни нагой. Дорого а сервиса ни какого!!!!

Мне очень понравилось расположение данного гостинничного комплекса.Была там один раз у подруги на свадьбе.Погуляли не забываемо,вокруг природа-красоты.))ресторан в Туле идеально подойдет как для проведения деловых переговоров, так и для фуршетов, презентаций, праздников и гуляний. Живая музыка .У них блюда русской и европейской кухни.Мне еще очень вино понравилось,голова после не болела даже.))
