Мастера хамят. По телефону сказали что в выходные работают до 17-00, по приезду выяснилось что работают до 16-00, и то только приемка (а ехал я с другого конца Москвы). Предложили оставить зеркало до понедельника, никаких гарантий о его сохранности не дали, забрал зеркало и уехал. Никому не рекомендую с ними связываться.

В выходные цех у нас не работает, работает только офис на приём и выдачу заказов. Работает до 17 часов. На резку материала заказчика вам никто гарантию не даст. Тем более если вы привозите двери собранные от шкафов купе.

Вы позвонили и спросили как вы сегодня работаете? Задачу не ставили. Как мы можем дать гарантию на на зеркало которое вы привезли, происхождение которого вы сами объяснить не можете.

Я совершенно не обязан вам объяснять происхождение своего зеркала. Я приехал, чтобы купить у вас услугу. Приехал именно потому что оператор сказал, что вы работаете. Ваше отношение к клиенту вполне понятно по манере вашего общения.

Заказывала там (давно) большое зеркало в раме (с удовольствием до сих пор пользуюсь), чинила стеклянный кухонный стол, рамку со стеклом для очень большого фото и зеркало большое в ванную-никаких нареканий не было. Отличное качество всех работ.
