Заказывал сантехников починить кран. Починили, конечно, хорошо, но цену насчитали в разы выше, чем указано на сайте. Замена смесителя - на сайте 590р, а на деле 2000р. Охренеть, поменять кран обошлось 20000р, что это вообще? Позвонил "менеджеру", так тот мало того что нахамил, так еще и наорал. Как вообще таких мудаков к общению с людьми подпускают, я в шоке!

Плюсы: Работа выполнена Минусы: Вводят в заблуждения по стоимости оказания услуг; мастер не согласовал цену с заказчиком. 1. При приёме заявки указали несоответствующую цену. ( Устранение засора в раковине 1000 рублей. На сайте 690 рублей) При уточнении цены мной (заказчиком) будет ли стоимость дороже 1000, мне ответили: "Я же вам сказала засор до 5 метров 1000 рублей". Также я уточнила, если я откажусь от работы (диагностика предоставляется бесплатно со слов оператора) то я должна буду заплатить 590 рублей. 2. Приехал мастер, приступил к работе (Я была уверена, что стоимость будет такая какую мне назвал оператор — 1000 рублей) В итоге мастер с меня взял 3000 рублей. На вопрос почему так и что цену мне оператор называл другую, мастер показал прайс-лист услуг и сказал, что не знает кто мне такие цены называл. 3. При звонке в «Грант ремонт» первое, что мне сказали, что я не расслышала и работы стоят ОТ 1000 рублей и второе давала ли я техническое задание при заявке (оператор не дал возможности объяснить с чем связано моё недовольство и начал сразу же говорить о техническом задании, когда я начала эмоционально объяснять пункт 1 и 2 оператор бросил трубку). Будьте внимательны при заказе работ и уточняйте стоимость работы у мастера до выполнения работы. Не рекомендую и никогда не обращусь в компанию «Гарант ремонт» (юридическое название «Благодать»).
