Ужасное отношение к клиентам! Хотели отметить радостное событие в этом ресторане, подошли туда за 2 месяца до намеченной даты, с администратором этого, с позволения сказать, ресторана договорились встретиться в 12:00. Подошли в 12:00, ждали ее еще 25 минут. Почти не порасспрашивала о предстоящем событии и не смогла предоставить банкетное меню ресторана, взяла номер телефона, обещала уточнить кое-какие моменты проведения у хозяина и позвонить вечером этого же дня. Этим же вечером она не позвонила, не позвонила и на следующий день. На следующий день я пыталась дозвониться до нее по указанному ей телефону, но он был недоступен. Еще через день ее телефон продолжал оставаться недоступным. Решила позвонить по городскому, на что она была сильно удивлена, что я ей звонила, она сказала, что потеряла телефон. Ну в общем, опять сказала, что уточнит у хозяина и перезвонит. Конечно, никакого звонка не было. В общем, если честно, отношение к клиентам ужасное. Теперь мы всем на районе Левобережный рассказываем о данном негативном инциденте в этом кафе. Надеюсь, что люди будут очень сильно задумываться, прежде чем пойти туда в следующий раз даже просто перекусить. В итоге, нашли намного более клиентоориентированное заведение, в ближайшей доступности от нас, и с приемлемыми ценами.
