Путают заказы, не принимают к оплате банковские карты. Кроме того, товары, представленные на сайте как имеющиеся в наличии, не всегда в действительности у них есть.

Заказали здесь отпугиватель собак. Нужна была определённая модель, которую несколько лет назад мы уже приобретали в другом магазине и которая хорошо себя зарекомендовала. И теперь вот решили снова купить такой же экземпляр (в подарок). Отпугиватель оказался в наличии только в GRAMIX, в других местах его не было. Сделали заказ. В итоге курьер привёз не тот товар, который мы заказывали: отпугиватель той же фирмы, но модель другая, без лазера (она имеется и в других магазинах). При этом в чеке пробита именно НАША модель! Курьер объяснил ситуацию тем, что нашего отпугивателя не оказалось на складе, поэтому его заменили. После этого мы позвонили в магазин. Там ответили, что товар на складе есть, его просто перепутали и что курьер может бесплатно привезти нужный нам экземпляр. Но после повторного звонка выяснилось, что на складе товара всё-таки нет (мы, кстати, в этом уже и не сомневались)). Посоветовали либо ждать, когда товар появится на складе (а появится ли он там вообще?)), либо сделать возврат. Но мы решили этим не заниматься. Во-первых, не хочется терять время. Во-вторых, проблемы могут возникать и дальше, ведь компания, как мы поняли,.непорядочная. Кстати, наш отпугиватель по-прежнему фигурирует на сайте как имеющийся в наличии! В общем, развод... Да, и ещё хотелось бы добавить, что в комплекте нет батарейки. А это означает, что проверить, работает вещь или нет, во время доставки невозможно. То есть сначала сходи купи батарейку, а потом уже проверяй себе на здоровье!) Неплохо, правда? Стоит ли говорить, что заказывать в этом магазине мы больше никогда и ничего не будем. Жалею, что связались с ними...
