Срочно надо было заменить печать в связи со сменой наименования компании. Оставили заявку на сайте. К сожалению, с нами не связались, пришлось звонить самим. В итоге нам пообещали выполнить заказ в течение суток и доставить курьером. Свое обещание компания выполнила, как и обещала. В целом работают быстро, а вот само предварительное оформление заказа занимает больше времени.

Заказывал в магазине штемпельную подушку GRM 4922. Перед покупкой просмотрел много вариантов, но необходимую нашел только здесь. Оформил 20 августа заказ 110820, спасибо менеджеру Анне за подробную консультацию. Получил заказ на следующий день, правда курьер не отдал посылку другому сотруднику и мне пришлось приходить ради этого срываться со своего обеда. В целом качеством и обслуживанием я доволен, буду обращаться еще.

перевел им средства за заказ по самовывозу, потом понял, что заказал не тот размер, деньги не вернули (предлагал доплатить разницу за такую же подушку, но другого размера) + самовывоз только по будням в Химках... пришлось списать как невозвратный долг

Руслан, Вы точно у нас делали заказ? У нас нет в Химках ни склада, ни пункта выдачи. Наш пункт выдачи находится на ул. Митинская 12. И да, мы работаем только по будням, наши сотрудники тоже люди и тоже хотят отдыхать. Если всё же у нас, то пришлите номер заказа на si@grm.ru, мы обязательно разберёмся.
