провели в отеле две ночи, всё устраивает - персонал улыбчивый , приветливый, номер полулюкс, в номере было всё. завтрак входящий в стоимость был очень сытный.

Очень разочаровал персонал, хотели провести свадьбу в банкетном зале данного отеля, посмотрели, все понравилось, но были сомнения по поводу рассадки гостей, договорились с банкетным администратором о том что приедем попробуем сделать и забронируем, нам назначили дату, мы хотели раньше, но у них были конференции. За день до нашего приезда Валерия уточнила у нас приедем ли мы бронировать, т.к интересуются уже другие люди этой датой. Мы конечно сказали, что да. Приехали в назначенный день, обсудили меню, сделали рассадку и как оказалось, администратор банкетного зала отсутствовала два дня на работе, и сказала уточнит по поводу свободна ли дата. Позвонила директору, на что та сказала что за день до нашего приезда приехали люди и заняли нашу дату! Т.е у директора и администратора нет между собой договоренности, компетентность оставляет желать лучшего! Очень расстроены данным инцидентом! контактный тел.79222857744.
