Добрый день! Каждый день сутра совершаю поездки до москвы. Но уже вторую неделю неработают терминалы внизу у платформы, каждый раз подниматься на 2 платформу ради того что бы купить билет. Извините это бред! Зато там стоят терминалы не работующие. И почему нельзя поставить терминал на платформе до москвы??? Киоск печати стоит некому не нужный,а терминал поставить нельзя. Где я только небыла, на каких станциях, и терминалы стоят в двух напрвлениях плюс касса. Но у нас в ХОВРИНО вечно проблеммы. П остоянно опаздываю на электричку в раннее время. Хотя и так выхожу с учетом терминалов, не зная что же ждет меня в хоырино!!!!! МОЖНО КАК ТО ЭТО РЕШИТЬ.... ИЛИ ЖАЛОБЫ ПИСАТЬ В ДЕПАРТАМЕНТ ЖЕЛЕЗНО-ДОРОЖНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ!!! РЖД.Разберитесь с этой проблеммой. И поставте терминалы на 1 платформе до москвы. – показать

Я инвалид 3 гр., от проезда на РЖД не отказывался, на что есть справка из собеса. При попытке взять билет на ст. Ховрино 26.04.16 в 8—00 кассир отказала, мотивируя тем, что СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ КАРТА у них через компьютер НЕ ПРОХОДИТ, после подачи справки из Собеса всё таки дали билет сказав, что нужно сходить в Собес. В Собесе всё проверили и выдали ВЕРДИКТ-что они НЕ ПРАВЫ ПУСТЬ РАЗБИРАЮТСЯ СО СВОИМИ КОМПЬЮТЕРАМИ. Вообщем посадили безграмотных кассиров или компьютерщиков, а ЛЮДИ БЕГАЙТЕ ПОТОМ.
