3 раза подходили к разным сотрудникам с одним и тем же вопросом, 2 раза возвращали госпошлину (причём каждый раз с потерей комиссии), выслушали претензии, в результате покинули это место, потому что по прошествии часа (!) оказалось, что пришли вообще не по адресу. Конечно, сказал нам об этом последний из 3 сотрудников. Спасибо за такую триумфальную победу над бюрократией!

Если коротко - это хуже «Почты России», как минимум потому что сотрудники медлят и тупят так же (как в Почте России), так они ещё и сотрудничают с Почтой России😔
