год назад Мощная и красивая башня. За свою историю башня называлась Богоявленской. Ризоположенской, Знаменской – в честь соборов, которые находятся на территории Кремля, Каретной – в честь одноименного двора. Нынешнее название было присвоено башне в 1658 году в честь подворья Троицкого монастыря. Проход в башню по мосту, который остался с тех пор, когда вместо Александровского сада был ров. Именно через эту башню в Кремль проходят экскурсии, входят зрители на концерты...

Удобные кассы, нет толпы, все аккуратно, понятно и современно. Мы брали билеты в алмазный фонд, вход в который через Боровицкие ворота. Хотелось бы чтоб кассиры сразу ориентировали, где вход! В остальном все отлично!

Будьте внимательны, чтобы не потерять кучу времени. До того как встать в очередь, зайдите в него и оглядитесь. Я опишу как было сегодня, в другой день может что-то поменяться. Та очередь, что тянется от касс по тротуару и жарится на солнце - это очередь за билетами в Оружейную палату (кассы 9 - 10). За билетами на Соборную площадь - это совсем другая очередь (в кассы 11 - 13), которая начинается уже в здании. Но билеты на Соборную площадь лучше покупайте в терминалах, их там 3 и очередь движется достаточно бодро. Внимание! в них НЕ продаются льготные билеты. В самом здании нет кондиционеров, оно стеклянное и в ней жарко как в теплице.
