Ничего не решают, заявления не читают! Пишут отписки не соответствующие поводу обращения, своим бездействием способствуют нарушения закона в сфере жилищной политики.

Жалоба в Г.Ж.И. г. СПБ, коллективная жалоба от собственников пос. Металлострой, ул. Садовая д.8, лит. А. Хотели бы знать, на каком основании без согласия жильцов представители ТСЖ "САКУРА": Михайлова Ирина Юрьевна (8-962-687-26-76) и Антонова Светлана Борисовна (8-961-811-26-86), создают ТСЖ? На основании положений Жилищного кодекса и на основании имеющихся у нас прав собственности инициативная группа ТСЖ совершили мошеннические действия (подделка подписей жильцов). Половина нашего дома собственники сдают свою жилплощадь, почему они не платят налоги? Подписи ставили, которые снимают жилплощадь, которые не имеют право. Постановление Правительства РФ №493, и ФЗ №59, ст. 159 УК РФ. Без согласия жильцов ТСЖ не имеют правовых оснований. Мы все жильцы по выше указанному адресу не согласны переходить в ТСЖ. Сейчас их проверяют (судимость всех родственников, образование и т.д.), ждем решения. За не уплату своей квартиры на Михайлову И.Ю., уже подавали в суд, и куда еще лезет? Председателем хочет стать! Если не примите меры, обратимся в г. Москву с нашей жалобой. Жильцы пос. Металлострой, ул. Садовая, д.8, лит. А.
