Обратились бригадой в труд. Инспекцию, предоставили выписки из банков , табеля, некоторые приложили справки 2ндфл, справкио вычите алиментов -т. К. Работодатель ООО ГИПРОСТРОЙ кинул на з/п за 2месяца +у некоторых недоплата. Исполнитель вынесла решение - контора нам должна по договору за два месаца, т. е. Только з/п. Предоставленые копии из банков ,2ндфл ,и т. д. во внимание не приняты т. К. инспектор не имеет возможность провестт экспертизу предоставленых нами копий. Про существование СК, ПОЛИЦИИ где могут сделать экспетизу, и прверить любые копии в инспекции не знают. По факту работа инспекции -никакая, и для чего она нужна. Только должносьи занимают и з/п получают.
