Отели и гостиницы не имеют права делать копии документов. Попросить паспорт, заполнить анкеты, заселить, так должно было быть, но не случилось( С моего паспорта начали снимать копию (со всех страниц), а когда я возмутилась отказали в заселении ( Им есть над чем работать( ... Впрочем я рада, что так случилось. В этом же здании ночной клуб, я бы все равно спать не смогла(

Чувства смешанные! Огромный плюс- это расположение! Номер чистый, но ремонт можно было сделать из тех же материалов более аккуратно! Парень, который дежурит ночью - сначала не мог найти бронь, и все это сопровождалось ворчанием, потом при отъезде, сказал, что не все оплачено, хорошо, что попросила чек при оплате! Обучите пожалуйста свой персонал программе бронирования и общению с гостями! Сам хостел приемлемый за такие деньги, учитывая месторасположение.

Номера в принципе нормальные, сам хостел конечно давно требует капитального ремонта, сан узлы старые, в них довольно прохладно, так как система отопления тоже видимо требует ремонта в моём номере был телевизор но он работал ровно пять минут и дальше пропадал сигнал.
