Отличный отель для командировочных. Мы приезжали с туристической целью, но остановиться на одну ночь тоже было очень приятно. В здании находится общежитие, гостиница на первом этаже. Заселение прошло быстро, правда пришлось позвонить администратору, чтобы она сообщила вахтёру куда нас заселять. Но, дежурный вахтёр быстро сориентировалась и не просто отдала ключи, а даже проводила нас в номер. В номере есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, посуда, приборы, 2 телевизора (в спальне и гостиной), электрический обогреватель, освежитель воздуха в туалете, шампуни, зубные наборы, вешалки в шкафу в прихожей, ложки для обуви. Персонал на все просьбы реагирует быстро и чутко, очень вежливые и гостеприимные. При заезде оказалось, что дозатор для мыла в ванной пустой, когда сообщили об этом дежурному вахтёру, нам принесли целый новый флакон жидкого мыла. Быстро разорвались разовые тапочки, которые тоже есть в номере, попросили администратора, она дала новые. В гостинице работает wi-fi, логин и пароль лежит в номере на подоконнике. Почему ставлю не 5 звёзд – мебель в номере требует обновления: потрёпанное кожаное кресло в спальне, сломанный столик под телевизором в гостиной, который должен раздвигаться и становиться круглым столом, но металлические крепления у него уже отломались, и половина столешницы просто лежит одна на другой, в душевой кабине нет крышки у слива… Это мелочи, но для оценки отлично, таких мелочей быть не должно. В остальном, спасибо отелю и администратору Оксане. В Сосновом Бору небольшой выбор мест временного проживания, поэтому с удовольствием буду рекомендовать сеть отелей «Виктория» тем, кто едет в Сосновый Бор.
