Людей из колхоза выгнать можно, а колхоз из людей - никогда. Я позвонила с спа заранее, примерно за неделю, что мы приедем и возможно захотим сделать какой-нибудь массаж. Ориентированно с 15 до 16 часов. Всё ок, приезжайте, массажисты всегда на месте. Мы приехали в 15:40. Администратор встречает нас словами: А вы во сколько должны были приехать? Тон, не самый дружелюбный. Потом нас спросили какие процедуры, открывают меню. Я хотела «посильней» массаж, типа антицеллюлитный , но мне сказали, что нет смысла делать однократно. согласна, но я просто хотела не «поглаживания»,а массаж. В итоге нам не объяснили в чем разница процедур, мы куда-то спешили. Нас бегом проводили в раздевалку, потом привели в спа. Сказали, что заберут через 15 минут. После финской сауны сели в бассейн. Стали вылазить, я режу палец на ноге об их пластик. Пришла девушка и дала мне бинт и перекись. Не извините, не как так вышло, ни слова. В общем настроение сильно упало. Сауна сама по себе- норм. Но сервис никакой. При уходе админ, язвила немного, когда я сказала, что массаж по аромату был не морским, а цитрусовым. Она не стала спрашивать у меня ничего, позвала массажиста, типа иди мол разбирайся😁. Если пойдёте к ним, не опаздывайте!!! Отчитают.. и про процедуры заранее на сайте прочитайте. Меньше контакта с персоналом. Людей из колхоза выгнать можно, а колхоз из людей- никогда.

Only Semi Deluxe Hotel in Suzdal Our travel agent booked us at the Pushkarskaya Sloboda Hotel in Suzdal. On the webpage it looks like the rooms are in wooden lodges but when we arrived we were surprised to find that in addition to the lodges there were three white stucco buildings with another being built. Our room was #85 on the second floor in the two story building nearest the river with a view of the Kremlin. The beds looked saggy but were actually fairly comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with the usual hotel amenities. We were surprised to find a flat screen TV in the room but none of the English language channels would come in while we were there. The hotel's restaurant was in our building - a white stuccoed basement room with a cannon theme; small cannons holding up tables instead of legs, etc. There was no English menu but some of the staff spoke some basic English. Since the weather was stormy, only the people staying in our building were able to get to meals without getting wet - something to consider when booking a room. The hotel was an easy walk into town, to the Kremlin, and to all of the historic sites. We were a small group of four but to welcome the tour buses there was a group dressed in folk costumes that played instruments, sang folk songs and played games with the groups. The tour groups seemed to enjoy the show.
