ожидал от компании лучшего Достоинства: нет Недостатки: квартира оказалась на 2-ой день без воды, и замены ей не было, грубый админитратор Дорогие друзья, тем кто собирается с визитом в Красноярск, предостерегаю от посещения данного места. Сеть квартир этой гостиницы в основном расположена в Северном микрорайоне, и активно рекламируется на автовокзале города. В начале июня в город с деловым визитом ( на 3 дня ) приезжали мои хорошие знакомые, в виду того что я в это время был в командировке, они остановили свой выбор на гостинице в квартирах, так как это им показалось намного проще и по-домашнему удобнее. С автовокзала друзья добрались на такси, но по адресу которому им сказали, квартира оказалась занятой, в связи с тем, что снявшие квартиру люди, внезапно продлили своё проживание. Но это пол беды, им пришлось прождать 1.5 часа чтобы заселиться в другую квартиру ( благо, оказалась в соседнем доме, не пришлось куда то ехать). На 2-ой день пребывания в доме отключили горячую воду и друзья попросили об уменьшении оплаты, но в ответ администратор что то пробубнила, и сослалась на то, что отключение воды-это не вина гостиницы, и оплата остается прежней. К великому сожалению, удачно проведенную сделку с обоюдовыгодным контрактом омрачила эта гостиница, и друзья уезжали с двояким чувством...
