Я в шоке. Это не молдавские блюда, а подобие их. Зама — обычный куриный русский суп, мамалыга- каша из крупы, плацинды обжарены не на свежем масле, голубцы похожи только виноградным листом, вместо брынзы в плациндах просто творог с солью. Хочется задать вопрос, а работающие в этом ресторане официанты и повара пробовали настоящие молдавские блюда? Музыка сегодня была американская, позор! Понравился только интерьер. Больше нет желания заходить, спасибо.

Ирина, добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что Вам не понравилась наша кухня, но хочу заверить, что все что мы готовим, делается в строгом соответствии с традициями молдавской кухни. Как верно подметили, мамалыга — это действительно каша из крупы, приготовленная особым способом. И конечно мы не экономим на масле — под каждую плацинду наливается свежая порция в сковородку. Брынзу, как и многие другие ингридиенты мы везем из Молдавии, что позволяет нам дать именно тот вкус, который должен быть у них. Ка сательно музыки — действительно, в Новогодние праздники мы включаем традиционные рождественские песни, чтобы создать атмосферу праздника. Приходите к нам снова и Вы услышите исключительно молдавскую музыку. Кстати, по пятницам и субботам у нас поют молдавские музыканты! Ждем Вас!! – показать

Очень понравился ресторан:по-домашнему уютно,красивый национальный интерьер, вкусная национальная кухня,качественное обслуживание,вкусное домашнее вино «Изабелла»,малиновый морс. Обязательно порекомендую друзьям,постараюсь почаще наведываться в этот ресторанчик.Замечательная игра музыканта на саксофоне.
