После изменения названия сети, сменился персонал. В этой аптеке неприветливая крупная дама ((. Теперь хожу в другую аптеку.

Новая сеть аптек,а конкретно , эта - находится на левом берегу Волги! Лекарства по ценам ,почти самые минимальные в городе! Парковки Нет!

До 04.05.2021 к данной аптеке претензий не было. Пришла купить увлажняющие капли для глаз, а мне продали капли для лечения катаракты. Хорошо что дома, перед тем как закапать, полезла в инструкцию. Так же в инструкции прописано, что продаётся по рецепту, соответственно это ещё одно нарушение. Зачем было нужно фармацевту впаривать мне это - неизвестно!!

Добрый день, в связи с затянувшимися праздниками, 04.05.2021г в данной аптеке работал подменный персонал, для того, чтобы нам разобраться в ситуации, напишите пожалуйста №чека или сумму чека и какую позицию Вы запрашивали и что Вам отпустили.
