07.04.2023 девушка в аптеке продала антибиотик вместо пробиотика. Я начала его принимать. Когда я обнаружила, что это антибиотик, я вернулась в аптеку, чтобы сказать, что она перепутала препараты с похожим названием. Вместо того, чтобы признать ошибку , она обвинила меня во всем, что только можно. Так же я решила проверить другие проданные товары. Оказалось, что она продала аналоги, которые стоят дороже, сославшись на «отсутствие» или «их давно уже не производят». Надеюсь, мой отзыв убережет кого-то от некомпетентности персонала данной аптеки.

Молодая девушка с тёмными волосами постоянно общитывает или пробивает лишнее или вообще не докладывает. 1 раз пробила 2 препарата вместе одного, сделала виноватое лицо, мол возврат не оформляем. Ладно, забрала всякое бывает. 2ой раз пришёл заказ(я конечно тоже виновата не проверила), заказ в пакет ещё взяла бад, тоже в пакет сунула, отдала. Пришла домой, а прибиотиков нет. 600р подарила не пойми кому🤷‍♀️. Это же аптека, люди приходят в разном состоянии и доверяют тем кто их обслуживает. Больше туда не пойду
