Аптека в шаговой доступности от дома. Не хуже других. Очень внимательные и толковые работники. Всегда приятно у них покупать. Плюс - можно сделать заказ на сайте "Аптека-ру" в эту аптеку. Никаких проблем с получением.

Ужасный сервис! Аптека подтверждает заказ, а через 6 дней сообщает, что заказ отменён. Аптека Госздрав-самая худшая аптека! Хорошо, что есть масса других аптек!

Спасибо за обратную связь. Заказы со склада имеют свою специфику - много наименований, разные поставщики, и в случае отсутствия у поставщиков нужного товара информация приходит с опозданием. В этой связи происходят накладки. Обычно товар приходит на 2-3 день после заказа, но проблемную позицию система ищет по всем поставщикам, поэтому происходят задержки. Сроки доставки могут быть увеличены от 1 до 5 рабочих дней. Если за 5 дней товар не поступил – значит его нет. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства, но к сожалению на процесс повлиять не можем в индивидуальном порядке. Так настроена вся система.

Если у Вас был сформирован заказ с доставкой от поставщика, возможно не оказалось на складе данной позиции, к сожалению поставщики не дают нам актуальную информацию, и срок ожидания товара 5 дней. Если за 5 дней товар не поступил - значит его нет. Когда товар приходит в аптеку, клиенту поступает СМС. Приносим извинения, но к сожалению, на процесс повлиять не можем в индивидуальном порядке.
