Камалова Н.А. , даже не хочется её называть фармацевтом , обычный продавец. Пытается быстренько пробить самый дорогой препарат. Она никогда не спрашивает в какой форме нужно лекарство (таблетки, сироп , суспензии и ТД). Я уже не говорю про то ,что у лекарств есть разные производители и от этого разная цена. Просто при нас открыла ящик ,где лежало 6 пачек обычных таблеток , после чего достала пачку с надписью ЭКСПРЕСС (который дороже ) и заявила ,что остался только он. Её даже не смутило ,что мы видели другие пачки. Но проблема не в этом. Таблетированная форма была не нужна , но она даже и не думала спрашивать ,что именно нужно . Просто побежала пробивать. Естественно ей был задан ряд вопросов, касательно того , почему она так делает. Ну и конечно язык её оказался на уровне нижних сфинктеров. В итоге лекарство мы купили то ,которое было нужно, в жидкой форме. Но были ситуации ,когда приходилось тратить деньги дважды. Было бы замечательно ,если руководство обратит на это внимание.

Нужен был сиалор рино, это было написано с списке препаратов, который я дала посмотреть провизору. Вместо сиалор рино, недорогого, дали сиалор, который совсем не подходит в моем случае. У меня была стоматологическая хирургическая операция, у меня вазомоторный ринит, а это средство мало того что вообще не для таких показаний, оно еще и стоит дороже раза в три. Вот такой сервис... Я очень недовольна, тем более, что лекарства нельзя вернуть.
