Грубое обслуживание фармоцефтов

Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.

Хуже аптеки я ещё не видела. То висит табличка "перерыв", то никого за прилавком, то продавец как заторможенная черепаха, прежде чем обслужить совершает 50 только ей ведомых операций (открывает ящики с препаратами, куда то уходит, жмёт какие то кнопки на компе). При этом её ждут покупатели в очереди. Оформление заказов через приложения на этот пункт тоже вызывает проблемы: смс о доставке не приходят, на получение стоишь в очереди к вечно работающей только одной кассе и наблюдаешь за этими медлительными действиями фармацевта. Буду искать другой пункт для доставки и покупки лекарств

Перед носом закрыли дверь, хотя ещё оставалось 5 минут до закрытия, ссылаясь на неработающие компьютеры!
