Хорошее впечатление было испорчено 12 декабря 2023 года. Сотрудники аптеки меня чуть не отравили, воспользовавшись тем что я пожилой и плохо видящий человек выдали мне 2ную дозу препарата Ко-Двльнева. С тех пор я туда ни ногой и всем советую быть осторжней.

Жуткая аптека. Мы сейчас стояли в очереди за обкуренной женщиной. Мне нужно срочно было купить кислородный баллон, так как я задыхаюсь. Зашла в аптеку с ребёнком. Пришли 2 пенсионера, начали обслуживать их. Курящую даму и запойных пенсионеров. При том, что мой ребёнок-инвалид начал сильно нервничать. Обслуживание, конечно, на нуле. Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.

Мне понравилась работа провизоров! Мне нужно было подобрать лекарства, девочки кропотливо искали и цену выгодную мне и дозировку, и все мои запросы удовлетворили и вежливыми были. Уже в который раз иду именно в эту аптеку, потому что мне нравится!

Работают грубиянки. Несколько раз заходила, каждый раз грубость, одна девушка резкая, накричала. Девушки из деревни наверное, не умеют работать с покупателями. Больше сюда не хожу.
