Отвратительное обслуживание, два раза при получении заказа, получаю не полный заказ. Обязательно проверяйте заказ при получении.

Аптека хорошая, но грубое и хамское поведение фармацевта снижает рейтинг аптеки. Мама пришла забирать заказ, ее попросили назвать номер заказа, недослушав номер до конца, попросили назвать сумму. Услышав сумму и ответив что все поняли фармацевт ушла на склад и принесла совершенно не тот заказ. Мама сказала, что это не то что заказывали, на что фармацевт начала повышать тон и кричать, что надо сначала номер заказа называть, а не сумму и выставила ещё маму виноватой, что не за тем заказом сходила на склад! Фармацевту необходимо научиться слушать до конца клиента, не перебивать и вежливости! Будь я на месте мамы, то я бы обязательно потребовала книгу жалоб!
