Не аптека, а базар! Впаривают всë подряд. Называешь конкретное лекарство, начинают втюхивать другое. Цель одна- как можно больше и подороже впарить. И не волнует их, что это не то лекарство. Лишь бы денег побольше выкачать с человека. Вот так приди туда, чтоб посоветовали аналог, в этой аптеке обязательно посоветует, только посоветуют всё самое дорогое.

Аптека чистая и новая, но фармацевт у вас😔😔😔 девушка азиатской внешности, ничего сказать объяснить не может, элементарных вещей не понимает!

Отношение к клиентам посредственное - зашел за лекарством, подошел к кассе, поздоровался - на меня никто не обращает внимания, занимаются своими делами. Постоял 2 минуты и ушел. Часто нет нужных лекарств

Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.
