Фармацевт Мышникова Дарья отказалась продать антибиотик, назначенный стоматологом после имплантации. На руках все документы были, включая назначение врача.

Спасибо за обратную связь. Если производитель указал препарат как рецептурный, аптека в праве запросить у вас рецепт.

Больше не пойду в эту сеть. Фармацевт с бэджем «О вас заботится М-ва Дарья» (не буду уж писать фамилию) отказалась продавать редкое лекарство, хотя у меня было конс.заключение врача с его печатью и печатью мед. центра. Ок, я готова была ехать за рецептом и попросила отложить, Снова отказ, тк могут забронировать онлайн. Но! На мой вопрос как забронировать онлайн услышала равнодушное «Не знаю». Я сообщила, что с радостью напишу жалобу и услышала, что она с радостью мне отказывает. В эту сеть аптек я не хочу заходить. Странная у них забота! 🤣

Спасибо за обратную связь. Просим Вас указать контактные данные для связи. Либо подойдите в аптеку и расскажите сложившуюся ситуацию (что не понравилось, назовите фармацевта кто вас обслуживал). В случае выявления недобросовестного обслуживания, либо иных сторонних действий, к фармацевту будут применены меры административного наказания.
