Сама аптека хорошая, но есть сотрудник, который неприветливо относится к покупателю, говорит одну цену, а пробивает по другой, сотрудник обслуживал 4 марта 2023 вечером, имя не посмотрела, поскольку была в шоке с такого уровня обслуживания, единственное, что могу сказать, темноволосый, кавказской внешности

Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.

Хорошая аптека, большой выбор лекарств. Цены, правда, как и во всех аптеках «Горздрав» завышены.

Спасибо Вам за отзыв. Предлагаем Вам попробовать воспользоваться услугой бронирования или заказа препаратов в удобную для Вас аптеку, как правило, цена на сайте и в приложении ниже, чем в аптеке, так как в розничной сети ценообразование включает в себя множество факторов.
