Сегодня купила солгаровские витамины. Пузырёк положила в карман куртки. Дома обнаружила, что дно стеклянного пузырька разбито. Аптекарь нагло подсунула разбитый флакон, а потом сказала, что флакон был цел и возвращать деньги не будет. И деньги жаль - почти 2 тысячи(!!!) и мерзко из-за того, какие люди бывают. Пенсионерам тоже подсовываете всякую дрянь, интересно?

Ужасная аптека! Живу рядом, захожу просто по пути, когда требуется срочно что-то купить, и ни разу (!) не удалось это сделать ввиду полнейшей профнепригодности аптекарей или кто они там на самом деле: треплятся по телефону, не замечая клиента, если окликнешь, то отмахиваются; проверяют ассортимент по базе полчаса, потом столько же ищут. Уж молчу о том, что популярные препараты, которые на слуху даже у простого обывателя, не знают! Кто там работает, чёрт побери?! Это явно не фармацевты!

Обслуживание и правда медлительное. За каждым препаратом сотрудник удаляется в недра аптеки. Все нужное нашлось. Цены на лекарства средние. А вот на аптечную косметику — высоковаты, выше среднего. Аптека современного формата, с большими витринами. Правда, на них выставлены больше БАДы и косметика, а не лекарства и пластыри.
