Была несколько недель назад, обслуживание было «живой очереди». Сегодня отстояла в очереди и получила отказ в обслуживании, так как они обслуживают только по талонам. Никто из сотрудников не предупреждает заходящих покупателей о том, что нужно взять талон

Очередь более 10 человек. 2 рабочие кассы, 1 занимается фигней, консультант стоит в зале и смотрит в телефон. Супер обслуживание!!!

аптека Горздрав, рядом с метро Бауманская с неквалифицированным персоналом и плохим обслуживанием, пытаются обмануть и в чек вписать ненужные товары, а когда говоришь что это тебе не надо было, отвечают что обмену и возврату не подлежит. Не рекомендую.
