Насчёт дорогостоящих препаратов не знаю, не покупала, поэтому отзыв не касается ситуации "искал за 29 рублей, было только за 299". Мне по рецептам нужны препараты, которые редко бывают в наличии в магазинах. На удивление, один из препаратов был (что очень круто, не везде он есть в наличии), второй заказала, пришел быстро, за 2 дня (я помню, в других аптеках около 5-7 дней иногда ждала). И цена была достаточно приятная - не ~900 рублей, за которые я раньше покупала в другой аптеке, когда в области жила, а за ~750, что удивило, так как препарат импортный. В общем и целом, аптека приятная, за полтора года нашего проживания в ЖК Лесопарковая вроде бы всегда все, что нужно из обычных бытовых нужд, находили.

Ужасная директор, нарушающая законы. Купили инфракрасный термометр за почти 6 тысяч. Ребёнок заболел, тут же замерили ему температуру и поняли, что купленный товар неисправен, показывает неверно. На здоровых проверили, показывал завышенно. Вернули в аптеку через 20 минут после покупки с просьбой вернуть средства. На что получили отказ и были посланы в сервисный центр в будни. Это неправомерно. Разговор был долгий и директор аптеки все таки попросила кассира вернуть средства, но во время возврата денег перезвонила, и запретила делать возврат. В общем, не покупайте тут дорогостоящие аппараты, закажите лучше в озоне или ещё где, потому что если вам продадут брак, вам не вернут деньги.
