Пришла в аптеку 22 марта утром, за лекарством. Рецепта не было, хотела уточнить как оно отпускается. В итоге фармацевт Яна Литвин начала переходить на личности, оскорблять меня наркоманкой, повышать тон, унижать. Жалоба оставлена в магазине, но судя по руководству, всем будет по барабану Для вас нормально, что у вас работают неуравновешенные люди? Женщине 50+
