Сделала заказ на лекарства в пятницу, сказали выполнят заказ в течении 1-2 дней, в воскресенье звоню на горячую линию, оператор отвечает, что заказ уже до 3 х дней выполняют. Спрашиваю, не получится ли так, что в понедельник мне вообще анулируют заказ, оператор как робот повторяла одно и то же, что заказ выполняют до 3х дней. Наступает понедельник и мне приходит смс с аннуляцией заказа.. Зачем я столько дней ждала?? Мне его уже надо принимать. Отвратная служба доставки заказов в аптеки. Не рекомендую!

Спасибо за обратную связь. Заказы со склада имеют свою специфику - много наименований, разные поставщики, и в случае отсутствия у поставщиков нужного товара информация приходит с опозданием. В этой связи происходят накладки. Обычно товар приходит на 2-3 день после заказа, но проблемную позицию система ищет по всем поставщикам, поэтому происходят задержки. Сроки доставки могут быть увеличены от 1 до 5 рабочих дней. Если за 5 дней товар не поступил – значит его нет. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства, но к сожалению, на процесс повлиять не можем в индивидуальном порядке. Так настроена вся система.
