Что там за хамло Косолапова? Видимо, давно за хамство и длинный язык не огребала от начальства. Или это самое начальство поощряет? "Не звоните сюда, или спите, и терпите, у вас авария, и никто ничего не чинит 8 часов, а вот летом была на 14 часов и люди терпели, и накройте одеялами, у вас что, дома одеял нет? А холодильник... Ну бумажку подложите, раз течёт без электричества". Это не всё цитаты "сотрудника года" Косолаповой. Не умеет разговаривать по телефону, значит не соответствует занимаемой должности, пусть полы моет, может лучше получится
