У нас с мамой было подозрение на коронавирус. Врач осмотрев нас, дал напрааление на КТ. Маме 64 года, с температурой, поехали на КТ. Врач, которому мы пытались оставить направление с документами(полис, паспорт, снилс), не приняла на тот момент ни у кого документов, ссылаясь на то, что ей все мешают, у нее больные по скорой, выгнала из кабинета пожилую женщину, сказала, чтоб мы все по живой очереди пройдем. Заняв очередь, мы вышли из здания, ожидая свою очередь. Спустя 2 часа, периодически за это время мы заходили, отслеживали свою очередь, выясняется, что врачиха, видимо успокоившись, решила все таки собирать у всех напрааление, и вызывать по фамилии уже. А мы, находясь в этот момент на улице, пропустили этот момент. В итоге, те которые пришли после нас, проходили раньше. 2,5 часа сидим, ожидая. Не понятно сколько еще сидеть. Врач как бешеный, на наш вопрос, почему нам сказала по живой очереди, орет как ненормальная. Имя врача не знаю, напишу, как примут. Отношение 0, пенсионеры сидят часами, с температурой, ждут. 05.11.2021

Нет слов этому бардаку. Если вы прикрепили насильно жителей мкрн.Авиаторов в Поликлинику 4, то условий для посещения нужных врачей в вашей поликлинике нет. Информации об изменениях нет! Запись онлайн не работает. Пациенты ничего не знают. Нас переместили временно в пол 2. В регистратуре, окно пол 4, сидит пожилая женщина, которая разговаривать и объяснять инфо по вопросу особо не желает, буркнет что-то в маске. Надоел этот цирк.
