02.10.2020 была предварительно за 2 недели записана на приём к терапевту Рогову В.Н, и после к хирургу Далеева В.Ю. приехала во время. Но, не к одному из врачей, я попасть не смогла! Терапевт Рогов с удивлением и ухмылкой, что у него вообще запись, отказался меня принимать. Ссылаясь, что записи были отменены, и он с утра работает и вообще ему пора обедать, ушёл. После, ожидая приёма к хирургу Далеевой я узнала, что она вообще уволилась! Это как вообще??? Я как положено записываюсь, к врачам, жду приёма, подбираю время чтоб попасть к врачам и оставив маленького ребёнка прихожу на приёмы, с определённым проблемами и болями и не могу к ним попасть. А следующие записи снова через 2 недели! Я всё понимаю, ситуации бывают разные, но на дворе 21ый век, меня никто и ни как не смог уведомить, о каких либо изменениях в расписании, ни по звонку, ни по смс, мало того в приложении ЕМИАС приходили уведомления что записи состоятся в положенное время! Ужасное отношение!

27. 09.2020 в 16.32 я обратилась в травматологическое отделение поликлиники N180 филиал 4 с травмой ноги. При прыжке повредила левую ногу в пяточной области. Приём вёл врач Антипов В. А. Сделали рентген, перелома нет, но был диагностирован сильный ушиб. Ходить я практически не могу. Врач мне не выписал больничный, а сказал, чтобы я отправлялась в травмпункт по месту прикрепления, и то не факт, что с ушибом мне дадут больничный. В рекомендациях по лечению было написано: не нагружать поврежденную ногу и держать её в возвышенном состоянии. Простите, каким образом без больничного? Когда 28.09.2020 я обратилась в поликлинику по месту жительства, мне сказали, что в любом травмпункте по полису мне были обязаны открыть больничный лист, если ситуация того требует. Данная жалоба будет продублирована в Департамент здравоохранения.
