ПОПЛЕНКИНА- самый не компетентный врач. Не вникает в суть дела вообще. Историю не читает, походу не хочет работать. Попросила выдать направления на анализы, сказала что оформила, по итогу нет никаких направлений. Дозвониться до больницы никак. Придётся заново записываться , но точно не к ней. И вопрос, куда делась Хава( самый лучший врач клиники)????

02. 10. 2021 посетила Врача гражданской вакцинации в ГБУЗ ГП 170 Ф 1. Для продления медотвода. Прием вела Кодочиева Патимат Магомедрасуловна. Читая мою анкету с большим списком заболеваний Кодочиева Патимат произнесла "какая несчастная", затем сообщила, что нужно радоваться превышению нормы железа. К какому врачу обратиться сказать не смогла, повторяла мои варианты. Абсолютная некомпетентность, несоблюдение врачебной этики и неподобающее поведение. Отсутствие других врачей гражданской вакцинации в поликлинике. Отправила жалобу в департамент здравоохранения через Мос ру и на почту в поликлинику. Из-за таких ситуаций люди и не хотят обращаться в гос учреждения, хотя в этом филиале есть хорошие специалисты.

Вызывала врача на дом в течение 5 дней, никто не пришел. Для того чтобы взяли мазок на covid-19, так как я нахожусь на карантине постоянно динамили.обслуживание отвратительное!

Врачи отзывчивые, опытные, а вот мед. персонал в виде сестры-вахтёрши на посту первого этажа лучше б выгнать в шею, хамка, грубиянка, место на лавке у подъезда

Пришла с температурой 39, хотела прикрепиться к больнице и попасть к врачу. Меня не приняли и отправили ставить печать в полис ОМС, так как получен он в другом регионе. Все бы ничего, но мне сказали, что нужен паспорт и полис, а оказалось ещё и СНИЛС, которого у меня с собой не было. Пришлось возвращаться домой и переносить все на другой день. Подала документы на печать в полисе (это была пятница) и услышала, что в базе это отобразиться только через три рабочих дня. В итоге занималась самолечением, ибо ждать возможности попасть к врачу в течение 6ти дней - это не очень.
