Добрый день. В данный момент третий день дома связи с простудой, работодатель сказал зафиксировать это документом для открытия больничного листа, выйти для фиксирования заболевания с учетом что температура прыгает не могу,дозвониться до регистратуры не реально, вечно короткие гудки...звоню с 8:00-9:30 ни разу ни кто не поднял трубку, это вообще нормальное отношение?

На регистратуру бы человек посадить побольше. Все время как к врачу по записи придёшь, - карты нет. Врач заболевает-об этом не предупреждают. На больничных сидят чуть не каждый месяц, что в этой, что в детской поликлинике. Шприцов нет, битов нет...
