В регистратуре сидит некая Марина Владимировна Топорова. Так вот, она редкостное хамло. Я пришел в поликлинику с больным ребенком. Подошли к регистратуре, хотели взять талон к своему врачу. Мой ребенок давно прикреплён к этой поликлинике, и все его данные уже есть в компьютере регистратора, в том числе и данные медицинского полиса. Сам же оригинал полиса мы взять с собой забыли. Когда это выяснилось, я извинился, и предложил регистраторше посмотреть на наш полис с экрана моего смартфона (у меня есть его скан). Но она не просто отказалась это делать, а стала громко отчитывать меня как мальчишку, унижая меня перед моим ребенком, и другими людьми, которые находились рядом.
