На первый взгляд прекрасная площадка и классный проект. Но это только на первый взгляд. Работать здесь не рекомендую никому и вот почему: 1. Руководство (Ирина и Ксения) компании мыслит по принципу базарников из 90х. Неграмотные, совершенно не разбираются ни в чем и не желают ни в чем разбираться. Уровень руководства - крики и истерики. Никакого плана в работе, бросаются из одной крайности в другую. Постоянно с претензиями к сотрудниками. Зарплата в конверте - хотят платят, а хотят не платят. Если будете увольняться - вам не заплатят 100% так ушли оттуда многие. В компании царит полный бардак. Никто не знает что делать, когда и зачем. Вам не объяснят что от вас хотят, что вам нужно сделать, а потом сделают идиотом. Не рекомендую с ними связываться вообще. Тоже самое на уровне партнерства. Эти люди кинут вас при первой возможности.

Хорошее место, детям нравится, но поражает количество корма, выдаваемое по жетону - за 50 рублей пять кубиков морковки размером с ноготь. Смешно просто. Отдельная любовь на ферме - козел Ваня, сын его обожает. Не понравилось что много разных павильонов, а куда не зайдешь- отовсюду гонят - тут мастер класс для лагеря, здесь др проводят. Чувствуешь себя как украл просто. Сотрудникам надо быть подружелюбнее, не в конбшне все-таки, а в месте отдыха работаете.
