Застройщик,реально плохой.продала свою квартиру купила тут.и очень пожалела.застройщик в буквальном смысле экономит на всем.покупала комфорт плюс,получила хуже обычной квартиры.один кривокосый лифт,нет даже общей кладовки,стояк общедомовой,который постоянно течет.заливы,потопы.кроме того метр не соответствовал заявленному.что здесь бизнес класс,так это тарифы от УК.и ещё будьте осторожны в офисе вам много чего будут обещать(больницы,сады,школы-много нет и вряд ли будет).а ещё много не договаривать.нам перед окнами построили стоянку,чего проект не предусматривал.думайте тысячу раз прежде чем купить у них.хочу дополнить уже на момент 08 октября 2021 года.все о чем я писала раньше это мелочи.а самое страшное оказалось в этих домах отопление (это хотя бы мы можем поменять сами) и стояки.мы уже 3 мес не можем начать ремонт по причине того,что не проходит дня,чтобы не было потопа.рвет стояки ХВС и ГВС.я уже сбилась со счета от количества протечек.а их официально более 30.этот дом сплошной бассейн.грязь,антисанитария,мигранты по 30-40 человек в квартире,крысы в подъезде,это мелочи по сравнению с бассейном.застройщик либо латает либо сидит в засаде.офиса у них нет(офис продаж не считается),это только продажи.вся связь с застройщиком по электронке,на письма которой он не отвечает.ук и он за одно,я такого беспредела,который творят застрой и УК даже в 90 не видела.прежде чем купить,поговорите с жителями новых домов,присоединитесь к чатам.кричу людям не покупайте,бегите оттуда не оглядываясь,берегите себя,близких и свои деньги
