Не хотят возвращать деньги за бракованные детали,хотят бумагу от того кто устанавливал,а если я сам в гараже устанавливал? Говорят у них брака нет!,и это с вазовскими запчастями то! Цены сильно завышены на многие позиции деталей! Плюс работают круглосуточно и большой ассортимент запчастей

Здравствуйте, Иван! Покупатель в праве сам решать обратиться в специализированное сто или устанавливать запчасть самому и тем самым взять на себя ответственность в случае если деталь имеет заводской брак. Но несмотря на это, мы готовы пойти вам на встречу , мы проведем экспертизу данной запчасти за свой счет и если она действительно бракованная, то вернем вам деньги.

Не рассказывайте сказки,вы по закону обязаны делать экспертизу за свой счёт,но как обычно ваши продаваны бортуют покупателей

Здравствуйте, Иван! По закону, гарантии на запчасти распространяются только на детали и узлы установленные в сертифицированных СТО.
