Обычная, да. Просто хорошо делаем свою работу за адекватную цену, поэтому к нам и обращаются.

Заказывала 2 раза в этом офисе окна и два раза были косяки. Первый раз заказ был сделан 2 года назад, рамы пришли с отпечатком пальца с внутренней стороны стеклопакета, поменяли стеклопакет. Второй зараз был в сентябре 2020 года, установили окна и выяснилось, что сама створка не соответствует тому уровню которому я просила. Я показывала замерщику Максиму чтоб уровень створки был под грудью, а получилось ниже пупка, то есть совсем не безопасный уровень получился. К дополнению потерялись на складе стеклопакеты на второе окно во вторую комнату. Замерщик Максим сначала сказал, что сделают так как было оговорено изначально, но на следующий день позвонил начальник данного офиса и отказался переделывать, на мой вопрос нашли ли стеклопакеты, которые потеряли положил трубку и после этого даже Менеджр скидывала трубку на мои звонки и на прочитанное сообщение в ватсапе не последовал ответ. Так что не рекомендую этот офис или будьте очень внимательны!

Здравствуйте! По Вашему заказу полностью были выполнены все работы согласно Вашим пожеланиям. Пожелания прописаны в заказном листе, который согласован с Вами, причём не единожды. Уже ПОСЛЕ монтажа Ваши пожелания изменились. Есть подозрение, что это связано с НЕжеланием оплаты оставшейся суммы по договору: не много - не мало, а 45000 рублей... Надеемся на Ваше благоразумие и ответственность по выполнению обязательств договора.
