Хамское отношение. Вечно недовольны чем то. Номер для получения молочки за год менялся раз 5, а то и больше. С чем это связано, не объясняют. Если приходишь не в свой день - не дают. И неважно, что ты не можешь приходить, к примеру, по четвергам. В выходные часто на всех не хватает творога/кефира да и очереди огромные аж на улице люди стоят. Медсестра в поликлинике периодически ошибается на рецепте адресом, но всегда исправляет с печатью и подписью врача. На молочке отказываются принимать с исправлениями, в поликлинике отказываются делать дубликаты. Ну бред же. Ранее жили в другом районе, там вообще никаких проблем не было, все сотрудники вежливые и приветливые....

После того, как Катя стала подавать молоко и прочее на раздаточном пункте - стало лучше. Всех хамоватых работниц вообще куда-то убрали, это здорово. Остальных научили улыбаться и быть человечнее.
