Сам по себе ресторан неспешный и размеренный как английский клуб:) Официанты не бегают и не суетятся, а сдержаны и спокойны, что характерно долго принимают заказ обстоятельно выясняя детали и консультируют по меню. Эта атмосфера сначала напрягает:), а потом расслабляет и радует. Сами стейки великолепны. Брали стейк мясника (Мачете) и вырезку (Филе-Шато). Оба стейка принесли нужной прожарки, теплые внутри и отдохнувшие. Само мясо очень хорошего качества. Гудман, молодец! Держите марку и радуйте своих гостей!

Я , в отличие от своего спутника жизни, не фанат стейков, больше люблю кавказский вариант приготовления мяса,но, разумеется, чтобы порадовать мужчину, периодически захаживаем.И справедливо отмечу, что стейки приготовлены великолепно. Нравится если попадаем в дни, когда мало посетителей (правда такое редко бывает). Сразу возникает атмосфера хорошего ресторана, куда приходят чтобы отведать произведения кулинарного искусства, смакуя неплохое вино. Официанты вышколены, их присутствие практически не ощущается ( в хорошем смысле)- то есть все уносится-меняется-ставится вовремя и настолько деликатно, что порой кажется, что стол разве что с помощью магии обслуживается, ведь вроде бы никто не подходил, а вино налито и грязная посуда убрана). Иногда приятно посидеть в эдаком ваакуме и пообщаться на отвлеченные темы... Но потом "ж" тянет на приключения, а ноги сами стремятся туда, где шумно, весело и можно забыть о хорошем воспитании;)
